New Additions to the Museum’s Collection

New acquisitions in the museum this year include a gold half-guinea coin dated 1759 from the wreck of HMS Ramillies and a magnificent hanging brass oil lamp holder from the wreck of the Herzogin Cecilie.

Lots of Fun Activities for Children

There is always plenty to amuse and engage younger visitors in the museum including hands-on displays, models and pirates’ treasure.  A new addition this year is a childrens’ work station in the ‘young sailors’ corner with lots of fun activities.

Museum Re-opens on Friday, April 1st
